The Contented Calf Cookbook aims to support nursing mothers through a range of nourishing and convenient recipes that help promote milk production with the aid of lactogenic rich ingredients.
The cookbook had to be user-friendly, easy to use and appeal to busy mothers and partners. RSD provided layout design, artwork and photography art direction.
