Hands is a charity based in Twickenham and St Margarets, South West London, dedicated to improving quality of life and supporting independent living for those in need. They needed a new logo and visual identity that could be applied consistently across a range of communications – resonating with both clients and volunteers.

Hand-drawn typefaces and a distinctive colour palette give this charity a unique presence, helping it stand out in a crowded sector. Soft, curved background shapes combined with emotive photography convey a warm, caring, and professional tone.

I designed and developed the new website using WordPress, enabling the client to easily manage future updates in-house. The refreshed brand identity was applied across a range of materials, including business stationery, promotional leaflets, quarterly newsletters, stand-up banners, and social media ads. To support brand consistency, I also created a comprehensive style guide for the client’s internal communications.
